Standard 2.2: Chain of Command
An organizational chart should be used to indicate the responsibilities for instruction, administration, and support services.
Requirements:
- Rate the organizational chart on the clarity of designating the responsibilities and authorities of program personnel.
Recommended Documentation:
- Include a copy of the school's organization chart or statement defining the chain of command. Procure this information from your school administrator. Edit the chart or statement, if necessary, to include responsibilities at each level.
