A written facilities maintenance program should be used to ensure facilities are suitable when required for instruction.
Requirements:
- Rate the use of a written facilities maintenance program to ensure that facilities are suitable for instruction.
Recommended Documentation:
- Statement explaining how the class and laboratory are maintained, e.g., changing lights, maintaining the air conditioning system, air compressor, heating system, etc.
- Copy of form used for service requests for facility maintenance or repairs.
